Shipping Delays for orders from the IN CONTRAST collection

Hey Liaison Fam,

First of all, we want to apologize for the wait period with receiving your In-Contrast pieces. We never could have imagined that the customs process would take this long, and we appreciate your patience more than you know. 

As of June 3, 2026, we have received part of our shipment that included our Cypress Polka Dot items, and started to send out those orders. The other items on the list below are still working their way through customs and we will continue to keep you updated. 

We decided to split up orders that contained 3+ items, so that you could receive the parts of your order that are in stock. Split shipments are already on their way to you, but if you haven’t received an update you can email support.

Orders that include the following items will experience delayed shipping as a result of the United States Customs and Border Patrol Procedures. You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and you will receive updated shipping information when your order ships.

If your order includes any of the items listed below, it will experience a shipping delay. If you order items that are currently available AND items on this delay list, your entire order will experience the delay.

We cannot ship any parts of your order separately. We encourage you to place two separate orders if you want currently in-stock items shipped immediately.
